With a keen eye for luxury and detail, he played a pivotal role in leading the expansion of Ladurée into the Middle East and Egypt, introducing the region to the renowned French patisserie brand’s exquisite offerings. His expertise doesn’t end there; He was also instrumental in the conceptualization and opening of Sky Garden in London, an iconic urban oasis that marries breathtaking views with sophisticated dining experiences.

Over his career, he has successfully opened more than 45 concepts, demonstrating a blend of strategic vision and operational excellence.
